Cyclops' Sonic Shred

This mural depicts the punk-rock star Cyclops, shredding on his keytar with gusto. It is one of four giant characters composing a larger mural collaboration with my talented friends Dane Khy, Rob Mounier, and Andy Smith.

The overall mural was conceived with the aim of complementing our art show: “Of Giants and Men 2” at Blockfort in 2022. The collective mural also was intended to contribute atmosphere at Alley Islands event at Blockfort, which coincided with the Blockfort show “Anthem 100.” To fit Anthem’s musical theme, we decided that our giants should each embody a musical spirit. We also used the same vibrant color palette as the others artists at Blockfort creating murals for the Alley Islands Festival.
